Find the right Unifyed Therapy portal.

This public help center explains where to log in and what each portal is for. It contains no clinical records, no secrets, and no private system data.

Patient Portal

Patients use the private My Care portal for appointments, package balance, forms, waivers, uploads, recommendations, and patient-visible documents. Clinical access is private-route only and may require Tailscale or a staff-provided secure link.

Member Wellness Portal

Members use the wellness portal for educational content, research, courses, evidence-aware Q&A, profile access, and the $9.99/month membership. This portal does not contain clinical records.

Staff Portal

Approved staff use the private clinical dashboard for client search, notes, documents, appointments, packages, recommendations, front desk workflows, and role-gated clinical access.

Owner Command Center

The owner dashboard contains KPIs, alerts, reports, approvals, Jarvis, system health, and the UTOS Knowledge Center. It is owner-only and private-route only.

Privacy and access rules
  • - PHI stays in the Local Clinical Vault.
  • - Public website, help, and member content are non-PHI only.
  • - Patient, staff, and owner portals are private-route protected.
  • - Staff-only notes are never shown in the patient portal.
  • - Patients can submit forms/uploads but cannot self-book.
  • - All clinical access is role-gated and audit logged.
Can I cancel the $9.99/month membership?

Wellness membership is month-to-month. Members can cancel anytime from the member billing portal or by contacting support; access continues through the paid billing period.

Can I put medical details into the public help or lead forms?

No. Public forms and help pages are for general contact and administrative questions only. Do not include diagnosis, treatment details, lab results, document contents, or other clinical details.

Why does the patient portal use a private route?

The patient portal can display protected clinical information. UTOS keeps that access inside the Local Clinical Vault through private routing, role checks, linked patient records, and audit logs.

Can patients self-book appointments?

No. Patients can view appointments and request support, but staff control scheduling and package/session changes.

Need help from a person?

For portal login help, membership support, billing questions, or callback requests, contact the office or member support. Do not send clinical details through public contact channels.
